•The case is linked to an interstate drug trafficking racket and two NDPS Act FIRs in Mizoram from 2023.
•CCTV footage reportedly shows Harrison, the Nigerian national, being taken from his house and held at Mizoram House without official arrest records or court production.
•Investigation revealed Chaudhary led raids in Delhi without legal permission and remained in the city after his sanctioned leave ended.
