Thousand Pillar Temple: A Marvel of Architecture with No Walls
•The Thousand Pillar Temple, also known as Rudreswara Swamy Temple, is located in Hanamkonda, Telangana.
•Unique for its construction on 1000 pillars with no supporting walls, some pillars are clustered to appear as walls.
•It is the first temple in India where Lord Surya is worshipped alongside Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu in the same sanctum sanctorum (Trikutalayam).
•Built in the 12th century by Rudra Deva in Chalukya architectural style, it features a star-shaped design.
