'Tiranga' Actress Varsha Usgaonkar Defrauded of ₹47 Lakh by Builder

• Accused Avinash Jadhav, a builder, lured them into investing in a Dombivli construction project with promises of high returns.
• The fraud occurred between November 2019 and February 2020; Jadhav initially returned ₹4.5 lakh to gain trust.
• Jadhav later disappeared, changed contact details, refused to return the principal, and threatened the victims.
• A case has been registered against Avinash Jadhav at Shivaji Park Police Station under Sections 420 and 506.
