Ahmedabad's Subhash Bridge to be 4-Lane: Old Structure Demolished, New Bridge in 9 Months

• Project cost estimated at ₹316.39 crore; traffic to resume in 9 months after Phase 1 completion.
• New bridge will be 454 meters long and 18 meters wide, featuring 7 spans to ease traffic congestion.
• Utilizes existing pier well foundation, new pile foundations, and a steel superstructure for increased load-bearing capacity.
• Includes programmable facade lighting and iconic steel structures; the entire project will be completed in 24 months in two phases.
