• The accused promised the early release of the woman's husband, who is imprisoned in a Maharashtra jail.
• The woman filed a complaint after her husband was not released despite paying the money.
• Ramol police identified the accused, Paresh Chauhan, a resident of Kailashpura, Mehmadabad, through CCTV and technical evidence.
• Paresh Chauhan, who has a prior fraud case in Nadiad, was arrested for impersonating a police officer.
