Massive Fake Ghee Racket Busted in Surat: 583 Liters Seized, One Arrested

•Utran Police and Food Safety Department busted a fake ghee racket at Avsar Plaza Complex, Surat.
•Approximately 583.800 liters of suspected fake ghee, valued at 3.50 lakh rupees, was seized.
•The fake ghee was packed under names like "Shri Sahajanand Cow Ghee" and "Shri Gajanan Cow Ghee."
•Nihar Bharatbhai Movaliya was apprehended; Piyush Vitthalbhai Sangani is absconding.
•Equipment worth 1.44 lakh rupees, including soybean oil, Dalda ghee tins, and machinery, was also seized.
