Sukhu Govt to Build 'Him Chandigarh' World-Class City, Rs 400 Cr Shopping Complex in Shimla

• Himachal Pradesh's Sukhu government plans a new 'world-class' city, 'Him Chandigarh', on 20,000 bighas near Chandigarh (Baddi), with 3,400 bighas already identified.
