Delhi to be Pollution-Free by October, Promises CM Rekha Gupta

•CM Rekha Gupta expressed confidence that Delhi will have better AQI by October, surpassing last year's levels.
•Gupta criticized the former AAP government for its 11-year tenure without significant pollution control measures.
•The government has a scientific roadmap to tackle pollution, focusing on vehicular emissions and clean fuel transition.
