PM Modi Launches Nationwide HPV Vaccination Drive for 14-Year-Old Girls

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the nationwide Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccination Programme in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
• The initiative targets approximately 1.15 crore 14-year-old girls annually across all States and Union Territories.
• The HPV vaccine will be administered free of cost at designated government health facilities.
• The program aims to expand preventive healthcare and reduce the burden of cervical cancer among women, aligning with the "Swastha Nari" vision.
