Farooq Abdullah Gets Relief in JKCA Scam; Court Withdraws Non-Bailable Warrant

•A local court withdrew the non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued against former CM Farooq Abdullah in the JKCA scam case.
•The decision came after a life-threatening attack on Abdullah, which worsened his pre-existing health conditions.
•Abdullah's lawyer, Ishtiaq Khan, stated medical advisors prohibited travel due to physical and psychological trauma.
•Another accused, Manzoor Ghazanfar Ali, had his exemption plea rejected, and an NBW was issued against him.
•The CBI is investigating the case, with the next hearing scheduled for March 30.
