• State government to clear all outstanding Dearness Allowance (DA) by March 31.
• Finance Department's amended notification confirms payment of old DA and DR from January 2016 to December 2019.
• Benefits extend to working employees, retired personnel, pensioners, and families of deceased employees.
• Outstanding amounts will be paid at a 100 percent neutralization rate based on AICPI.
• First installment by March 31, second by next September; special portal launched for details submission.
