Cook Crispy Fryums with Minimal Oil: Pressure Cooker Trick Revealed!

Learn to make crispy fryums using minimal oil in a pressure cooker, a healthier and economical alternative to deep-frying.
•
Remove the whistle and rubber gasket from a heavy-bottomed cooker, then heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil on medium flame.
•
Add fryums in small batches on low heat, cover without the whistle, and periodically shake or stir to prevent sticking.
•
Fryums will puff up, turn light golden, and become crispy in 4-5 minutes; turn off the gas once fully puffed.
