Khandwa-Pandhana Road to be Double-Lane at ₹52 Crore, Benefiting 50 Villages

• The 24-kilometer Khandwa-Pandhana road via Dolhar will be converted into a two-lane road at an estimated cost of ₹52-53 crore.
• The project addresses long-standing demands for improved infrastructure, replacing a dilapidated single-lane road prone to accidents.
• The new 16-meter wide road, with 12 meters of asphalt, will enhance safety, reduce travel time, and alleviate traffic congestion.
• Over 50 villages, including Borgaon, Sirpur, and Kheragawda, will directly benefit from better connectivity to markets and the Indore-Ichhapur Highway.
• MLA Chhaya More thanked CM Dr. Mohan Yadav for the initiative, which aims to reduce accidents by eliminating blind turns and ensuring organized traffic.
