•Supreme Court declined to intervene in the Bhojshala dispute, refusing to halt the Madhya Pradesh High Court's survey order.
•CJI Suryakant stated confidence that the High Court would appropriately consider all objections and evidence, including videography.
•Muslim side, represented by Salman Khurshid, sought to postpone the HC hearing and requested survey materials, citing insufficient time to respond to the ASI report.
•The SC clarified it made no comments on the merits but found no need for intervention at this stage, directing parties to the High Court for grievances.
•The High Court's March 16 order allowed a self-inspection of the Bhojshala site, challenged by Maulana Kamaluddin Welfare Society.
