•Acquired 80 acres of land on Lucknow-Bahraich Road in Uttar Pradesh's Bahraich district for approximately Rs 300 crore for its first major project.
•The Bahraich project, a mixed-use township, is estimated to generate Rs 1,200 crore and includes premium plots, housing, commercial, and retail spaces.
•Construction on 15 acres for Phase 1 is underway, expected to complete in two years; the entire project aims for completion in 3-4 years.
•Bahraich was chosen for its strategic location, development potential, and upcoming government infrastructure projects, including a Rs 27,000 crore 6-lane highway.
