•Female pilots now constitute 17.5% of IndiGo's total pilot force, a figure three times higher than the global average of approximately 5%.
•Women's presence extends beyond the cockpit, making up over 45% of IndiGo's total workforce, with strong representation in airport operations, OCC, finance, digital, and 23% in leadership roles.
•The airline promotes diversity and inclusion through initiatives like 'Embrace' and 'Take Off 2.0', which helps women restart their careers, alongside the '6E Girl Power Community'.
•Sukhjit Singh Pasricha, Group CHRO, stated this is the highest number globally, reflecting IndiGo's commitment to creating more opportunities for talented women in aviation.
