• He demanded Rs 5,000 from a complainant to correct a name in land records, later settling for Rs 4,000.
• The ACB conducted a preliminary verification, confirmed the demand, and then set up a trap operation.
• The entire operation was videographed and documented to strengthen evidence, under DIG Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav's supervision.
• A case has been registered under the Prevention of Corruption Act; further investigation into his property and other involvements is ongoing.
