Rajasthan's Railway Infrastructure Soars: Dausa, Jaisalmer Stations Transformed

• 77 railway stations in North Western Railway Zone in Rajasthan are undergoing revamp under 'Amrit Bharat Station Scheme'.
• Dausa and Jaisalmer are among 7 stations completely updated and awaiting inauguration, with Dausa revamped at Rs 15.17 crore.
• These stations are being made world-class, offering airport-like facilities and connecting to both sides of cities.
• Jaipur Junction is also being modernized, with concourses above platforms for potential shopping malls/restaurants.
• Khatipura and Gandhinagar stations are nearing completion to ease burden on Jaipur Junction and facilitate train maintenance.
