New Traffic Rules: Unpaid Challans to Freeze Licenses, RTA Services Suspended

Driving licenses or vehicle RCs may be frozen, suspending RTA services for non-payment.
•
Online complaint filing is mandatory; physical complaints will no longer be accepted.
•
Challans issued via camera within 3 days, physical challans within 15 days.
•
Motorists with over five challans in a year will trigger an alert to the licensing authority.
