Fake Milk Tragedy: 5 Dead, Others Critical After Consuming Adulterated Milk in Rajahmundry

•Five people have died and nine are on ventilators after consuming adulterated milk in Rajahmundry, East Godavari district.
•The contaminated milk, supplied by a vendor from Korukonda, caused kidney and other health issues in consumers.
•106 families in Lalacheruvu and Chowdeswaripeta areas received the milk, with 19 hospitalized.
•Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu ordered an investigation by Food Safety and Medical & Health Departments.
•Officials have taken the milk vendor into custody and are investigating the source of adulteration.
