•Allahabad High Court directs UP government to decide on regularization of Shiksha Mitras' services within two months.
•Order based on the Supreme Court's decision in the Jaggo and Shripal case.
•115 petitioners, including Tej Bahadur Maurya, to submit individual representations to Additional Chief Secretary, Basic Education, UP, Lucknow within three weeks.
•Additional Chief Secretary will consider representations and make a decision on regularization to the Assistant Teacher post within two months.
•Over 1.50 lakh Shiksha Mitras are in the state; their salaries were recently increased, effective April.
