• The construction of Jewar International Airport and surrounding infrastructure has significantly increased demand for residential properties in Greater Noida.
• Greater Noida Authority has re-launched a scheme for 90 ready-to-move 2BHK flats in Sector Omicron-1A through e-auction, after previous attempts failed.
• Flats, built in 2014 and ready by 2018, remained vacant due to low population and poor connectivity, but the situation has now changed with improved infrastructure.
• The 2BHK flats have a carpet area of 83.38 sqm and super area of 104.70 sqm, with reserve prices ranging from Rs 73.23 lakh to Rs 74.35 lakh.
• Applicants can register until February 18, with e-auction allowing immediate possession upon allotment, and both lump sum and installment payment options available.
