Notorious Amjad Killed in Muzaffarnagar Encounter; Police Injured

• Notorious criminal Amjad, carrying a ₹50,000 bounty, was killed in an encounter with Budhana Kotwali police in Muzaffarnagar.
• Amjad had approximately 40 criminal cases, including robbery, murder, dacoity, and kidnapping, registered across multiple states.
• Sub-Inspector Sandeep and Constable Ashfaq were injured during the exchange of fire and are currently undergoing treatment.
• Police recovered a 9mm carbine, a pistol, a motorcycle, cartridges, documents, and stolen jewelry from the scene.
• Separate encounters also occurred in Shravasti, Saharanpur, and Pilibhit, leading to arrests and injuries of other criminals.
