Baharampur Launches 2 New Wellness Centers: Free Medicine, Home Services for Elderly

•Baharampur Municipality opens two new Urban Wellness Health Centers in Ward No. 26 and Ward No. 12.
•Centers offer free medical treatment, medicines, and various health check-up services, including for hypertension and diabetes.
•Baharampur Municipality Chairman Naarugopal Mukherjee inaugurated the centers, with plans for more across the city.
•Medical services will be provided to elderly residents at their homes by municipal health staff.
•The centers operate every Monday and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, aiming to serve 15,000 people.
