Katwa Gets Major Healthcare Boost: Two New Wellness Centers Worth 71 Lakhs Open

•Two new health and wellness centers launched in Katwa town, Purba Bardhaman district.
•Constructed at Harisabhapara (Ward 9) and Kuldanga (Ward 19) by Katwa Municipality under National Health Mission.
•Built at a cost of approximately 71 lakh rupees, inaugurated by SDO Anirban Basu.
•Aims to improve urban healthcare, offering primary treatment to local residents and ferry ghat travelers.
•These additions increase the total number of health and wellness centers in Katwa municipal area to seven.
