SIP Inflows Dip Slightly in Feb 2026 to ₹29,845 Cr; Long-Term View Prevails
•Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) inflows reached ₹29,845 crore in February 2026, a marginal decrease from January's ₹31,002 crore.
•The decline is attributed to February being a shorter month and a prolonged sideways market, as noted by Santosh Joseph of Germinate Investor Services LLP.
•Equity segments like large-cap, mid-cap, small-cap, and sectoral funds continued to attract significant inflows.
•Hybrid funds saw ₹11,983.4 crore, and liquid funds recorded strong subscriptions at ₹59,077.4 crore, while Gold ETFs declined sharply.
•Investors are adopting a long-term perspective, using market volatility to stay invested, according to Aakanksha Shukla of Master Capital Services.
