UP Govt Offers ₹48,000 for Guava Farming: Boost Your Income!

•Uttar Pradesh government promotes horticulture, offering assistance for guava cultivation under the Chief Minister Horticulture Development Scheme.
•Farmers can receive up to ₹48,000 subsidy for high-density guava planting in the first year, followed by ₹24,000 for the next two years.
•The scheme helps farmers utilize vacant land and provides support for saplings, fertilizers, and manure.
•District Horticulture Officer Harishankar Ram highlighted the scheme's benefits for year-round income.
•To apply, farmers need Aadhaar card, Khatauni, bank passbook, and photo, registering on the Horticulture Department portal.

वहीं, किसान ने कहा कि इस अमरूद का स्वाद बहुत अच्छा रहता है. इस अमरूद में बहुत कम संख्या में बीज पाये जाते हैं. जिस कारण यह अमरूद बड़े बुजुर्ग लोग भी आसानी से खाते हैं. किसान ने बताया कि अमरूद की खेती करने का आइडिया स्मार्टफोन में यूट्यूब पर देखकर उन्हें मिला था. इसके बाद उद्यान विभाग की मदद से उन्होंने अपने 3 एकड़ में खेत में इस अमरूद की वैरायटी को लगाया है.
