This eclipse will be fully visible across North and South America, the central Pacific Ocean, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

Astrologer Sudip Shastri confirms that this lunar eclipse will not be visible from India.
•
Consequently, no Sutak Kaal will apply in India as the eclipse is not visible here.
•
August 28 also marks Shravan Purnima, with its tithi beginning August 27, 9:09 AM and ending August 28, 9:48 AM.
