EPFO to Allow PF Withdrawals via ATM/UPI from April 2026: Real-Time Access Coming Soon!

• EPFO members will soon be able to withdraw provident fund money directly from ATMs and UPI.
• This new facility is expected to be implemented starting April 1, 2026, offering real-time or 24-hour access.
• The auto-settlement limit for PF withdrawals has been increased from one lakh to five lakh rupees, allowing faster access for urgent needs.
• Currently, withdrawals for medical treatment, illness, education, or house construction can be processed within three days.
• A daily withdrawal limit will be in place, and the PF account must be properly maintained for this new system.
