A common citizen can store a maximum of 30 liters of petrol without a special license.

Each container must not exceed 25 liters and petrol must be stored in leak-proof metal containers, not plastic.

Storing more than 30 liters requires a license from the 'Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization' (PESO).
•
Violations can lead to imprisonment, fines, and confiscation of fuel due to petrol's highly flammable nature and explosion risk.
