• Toll rates increased by 5-10%, ranging from 5 to 20 rupees for various vehicle categories; light vehicles on ring road exempted.
• Annual passes rise from 3,000 to 3,075 rupees; FASTag mandatory, double fee for non-FASTag vehicles.
