• Gullakari provides employment to numerous artisans nationwide and offers a market for traditional handicrafts.
• After graduating from VIT Pune in 2020, Sushmita chose social service over a job, leading to Gullakari's creation as an artisan selling platform.
• Initially starting 'Gullak' for donations, Sushmita traveled 10,000 km to understand artisans' struggles, leading to the self-reliance focused 'Gullakari' in 2023.
• Gullakari preserves over 13 traditional art forms, including Warli, Pattachitra, Gond, and Tholu Bommalata, connecting artisans directly with customers.
