Purba Medinipur Leads Banglar Bari Project, 90,000 Beneficiaries Receive First Installment

• Purba Medinipur district ranks first in West Bengal for the second phase of the Banglar Bari housing project.
• Approximately 88,905 beneficiaries in Purba Medinipur received the first installment of 60,000 rupees each, totaling 533.43 crore rupees.
• The first phase of the project saw 55,524 beneficiaries, with about 90% of the work already completed in the district.
