PM Modi inaugurates Seva Teerth: PMO shifts for first time since Independence

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Seva Teerth, the new integrated complex housing the Prime Minister’s Office, marking its first relocation since Independence.
• The complex, named ‘Seva Teerth’, also includes Kartavya Bhavan 1 and 2, designed to consolidate executive functions and improve efficiency.
• Seva Teerth will house the PMO, National Security Council Secretariat, and Cabinet Secretariat, aiming to strengthen coordination at the highest levels of government.
• Kartavya Bhavan 1 and 2 will accommodate several key ministries, improving inter-ministerial coordination and public access.
• The South and North Blocks, previously housing the PMO, will be converted into a public museum called ‘Yuge Yugeen Bharat Sangrahalaya’.
