$800M+ Shares Unlock This Week: 11 Companies See Lock-in Periods End
•
Over $800 million (₹7,800 crore) worth of shares from 11 companies will become eligible for trading as lock-in periods expire.
•
Seven of these 11 companies are currently trading below their initial issue price, including Excelsoft Tech, Vikram Solar, and Regaal Resources.
•
Quality Power and Interarch Building Solutions are among the companies whose shares are trading above their issue price despite lock-in expiry.
•
Vikram Solar will see shares worth over ₹2,000 crore free up, representing 29% of its outstanding shares, currently 42% below IPO price.
•
The end of lock-in periods means shares are eligible for trade, not necessarily an immediate sale in the open market.
