Katraj-Kondhwa Road Project: Land Acquisition Nears End, Work Starts March 15

• Land acquisition for the Katraj-Kondhwa road project is in its final stage, expected to conclude in 15 days.
• Actual road work on the 50-meter wide route will commence from March 15.
• The project, estimated at 710 crore rupees, was initially planned for an 84-meter width but reduced due to acquisition challenges.
• The road connects Rajas Society in Katraj to Khadi Machine Chowk in Kondhwa, receiving administrative approval in October 2018.
• Overhead cables posing danger will be inspected, and a policy will be finalized next month.
