Pune Land Scam: ₹300 Cr Land, ₹37 Cr Fraud; Shiv Sena Leader Named, 10 Accused

• A ₹37.49 crore fraud uncovered in a land development agreement for a ₹300 crore property in Pune's Mohammadwadi.
• Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) city chief Pramod alias Nana Bhangire and Siddhant Bhangire are among 10 accused.
• Builder Vishwajit Subhash Zambar filed the complaint at Koregaon Park Police Station, detailing fraud from 2011-2026.
• Accused allegedly took ₹22 crore for development and forced an additional ₹15.48 crore spending on the project.
• 12 gunthas of land were sold without consent, possibly using a fake ULC order; EOW is investigating.
