Pune Seniors Defrauded of Lakhs in Char Dham Helicopter Yatra Scam

• Yogesh Prabhakar Deshmukh, director of 'Bhakti Darshan Tours', defrauded 53 senior citizens from Pune.
• He lured members of 'Anand Hasya Club' with a cheap Char Dham Yatra and helicopter safari.
• A total of 11 lakh 85 thousand rupees was swindled, including 45,000 per person for the yatra and an additional 15,000 for a non-existent helicopter service.
• Only 28 people were taken on pilgrimage, and helicopter services were not provided to 16 who paid extra. Money was returned to only 5 individuals.
• A case has been registered against Deshmukh at Sangvi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, following complaints from the victims.
