Toll Plazas Go Cashless: FASTag or UPI Mandatory from April 1
•
Cash payments at national highway toll plazas will be stopped from April 1, making all transactions digital.
•
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) will implement this decision to enhance transparency, traffic flow, and save traveler time.

•
Digital payments are expected to maintain vehicle speed, save fuel, and decrease pollution across over 1150 toll plazas.
