BHEL OFS: Government to sell 3% stake, offers 8% discount; check dates & floor price

• Government plans to sell 3% stake in BHEL through an Offer For Sale (OFS), with an option for an additional 2% in case of oversubscription.
• OFS scheduled for February 11 and 12, 2026, with a floor price of ₹254 per share, an 8% discount from the previous closing price.
• Base offer size is ₹2,650 crore for 3% stake, with an additional ₹1,770 crore possible for the 2% oversubscription option.
• Non-retail investors can bid on February 11; retail investors and extended non-retail bids on February 12, from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM.
• BHEL recently secured a ₹2,800 crore order from Bharat Coal Gasification and Chemicals Limited (BCGCL) for a Syngas Purification Plant in Odisha.
