eClerx Sets March 13 Record Date for 1:1 Bonus Share; FIIs Boost Stake

IT services company eClerx announced March 13, 2026, as the record date for its 1:1 bonus share issue.

Investors holding eClerx shares by the record date will be eligible to receive one new share for every one held.

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) significantly increased their stake in eClerx from 10.17% in March 2025 to 11.43% by March 2026.
