• Oman offers zero-duty access on 98.08% of its tariff lines, covering 99.38% of India’s exports, benefiting sectors like Gems & Jewellery, Textiles, and Pharmaceuticals.
• India is offering tariff liberalization on 77.79% of its total tariff lines for Oman, while safeguarding sensitive products like dairy, gold, and tobacco.
• The India-UK FTA has passed both houses of the UK Parliament, with implementation expected in the next 30-45 days; bilateral trade reached $21.34 billion in FY 2023-24.
