Adani Green Energy Achieves Global High with 5 GW Capacity Addition in FY26

• Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) added 5,051 MW of renewable energy capacity in FY26, the highest greenfield annual expansion globally outside China.
• This addition boosts AGEL's total operational portfolio to 19.3 GW, strengthening its position in India's renewable sector.
• The expansion includes 3,409 MW solar, 686 MW wind, and 956 MW wind-solar hybrid, with a significant portion at the Khavda plant.
• AGEL commissioned 1,376 MWh of battery energy storage systems at Khavda, supporting grid stability and renewable integration.
• The new 5 GW capacity is projected to offset 10 million tonnes of carbon emissions annually, contributing to a total annual offset of 36 million tonnes.
