• Amit Rautela has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (PVUNL).
• PVUNL is a joint venture between NTPC (74%) and the Jharkhand government (26%).
• Rautela previously served as CFO at Meja Urja Nigam Private Limited (MUNPL), an NTPC-UP government JV.
• He will be responsible for overseeing PVUNL's financials, optimising borrowing costs, improving working capital, and enhancing fiscal discipline.
• Rautela, a fellow member of ICAI, Kolkata, brings over 27 years of experience in finance, management, and operations.
