BTL EPC Secures ₹590 Cr Adani Power Project for Bihar Thermal Plant

• BTL EPC Ltd wins a ₹590 crore order from Adani Power Limited for a 3x800 MW Ultra Super Critical Thermal Power Plant in Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar.
• The project involves the design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of Coal Handling Plant (CHP) and Ash Handling Plant (AHP) systems.
• CHP scope includes civil and structural works, a 9 km belt conveyor system, crushers, screens, and electrical systems.
• AHP package covers bottom ash handling via jet pumps and de-watering bins, and fly ash handling through a two-stage vacuum-cum-pressure conveying arrangement.
• This marks another significant collaboration with Adani Power, building on the successful execution of their first project in Raigarh.
