College Student Raped at Gurugram Birthday Party, Accused Arrested

• A 19-year-old Delhi University student was allegedly raped at a birthday party in Gurugram's Sector 33.
• The accused, Divyam (29) from Delhi, was arrested and sent to judicial custody.
• The incident occurred late at night when the accused, under the influence of alcohol, allegedly molested and then sexually assaulted the victim in a secluded area of the apartment.
• The victim, originally from West Bengal, raised an alarm, and the accused fled the scene.
• A case of rape under Section 64 (1) of the BNS was registered at Sadar Police Station, and a medical examination was conducted.
