Dalit Woman Murdered in UP's Jalaun, Sexual Assault Suspected

• A 55-year-old Dalit woman was found murdered in a field in Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh.
• Her head was smashed with a stone, and her body was discovered without clothes, raising suspicion of sexual assault.
• The body was found approximately 20 metres from her house.
• Police received an emergency call at 9 am and have identified the victim.
• Additional SP Pradeep Kumar Verma stated that the accused will be arrested soon and sexual assault cannot be ruled out; a post-mortem is underway.
