DJB Eases Property Development: Provisional NOCs with 25% Infrastructure Charge

•Delhi Jal Board (DJB) now allows provisional NOCs for building plans with 25% upfront infrastructure charge payment.
•This reform aims to reduce the financial burden on property developers and homeowners.
•Delhi Water Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh stated it will provide relief to many whose projects were delayed.
•The remaining infrastructure charge amount will be adjusted later in the billing process.
