Gujarat Victory Forgings Files IPO Papers with Sebi for Expansion

• Gujarat Victory Forgings Ltd has filed draft papers with Sebi for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
• The IPO includes a fresh issue of up to 65 lakh equity shares and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 1.32 crore shares by promoter Vijendrakumar Bishamber Gupta.
• Proceeds from the fresh issue will fund capital expenditure for expanding Unit III in Vadodara, increasing copper cathode manufacturing capacity, debt payment, and general corporate purposes.
• The Vadodara-based company manufactures non-ferrous metal products through processing and recycling metal scrap.
