Gulshan Group to Invest Rs 1,000 Crore in Noida for Taj-Branded Hotel, Residences

•Gulshan Group announces Rs 1,000 crore investment for a Taj-branded hotel and residences in Noida.
•The project, managed by Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), includes a 150-key luxury hotel, 74 apartments, and one penthouse.
•Located in Sector 129 along the Noida Expressway, it will be the tallest Taj Hotel and the first in Noida.
•Construction has begun, with completion expected in five years; residences sales projected to exceed Rs 2,000 crore.
•This marks the second Taj-branded residential project in India, catering to rising demand for luxury in NCR.
